Bed Wetting Alarms
Bedwetting alarms did solve my problem. When my six year old son turned seven I tried to get him up in the night but without success. He still wet the bed. I asked around if there was anything I could do to stop bedwetting.
I got the advice to visit a pediatrician first before I try anything else. There could be a medical problem. If the check of the family history, neurological and genital tests and the urine test are ok the I could simply try a bedwetting alarm the doctor recommended.
Bedweeting (enuresis) is normal until the child is about six years old. Some stop sooner, some later. Some children have small bladders and can not hold the urine the whole night. Their sleep is too deep to wake up when time has come.
Bed wetting alarms are a good method to train your child (or adult) to wake up when this happens. Physical causes are very rare but possible. It is a mental problem, something that can be trained and learned.
Bedwetting alarms can be purchased at many different places or simply over the Internet. Any other harmful treatments are not recommended. Encourage your child to use the toilet in the night. Make it easy to get up, switch on the light and get to the toilet fast.
Bed wetting alarms are very accurate and have a high success rate. They can easily be used by children or adults.
